Job summary

mothers2mothers (m2m) seeks a senior Lead: Programme Analytics & Forecasting to build predictive models, forecast demand, and guide decisions across multiple African countries. The role sits in Digital Products & Learning and interfaces with Strategic Information and the digital platform.

The successful candidate will translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for programme leads and executives, and will define analytics data needs with the Senior Data Engineer, while upholding data

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• At least ten years applying quantitative methods to real data.
• Three+ years building, validating and deploying predictive models.
• Two+ years in health, development or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive analytics, modelling and forecasting activities.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for country teams and executives.
• Explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Define data foundations and work with engineers on quality and availability.
• Ensure data protection and ethical use of health data.

Education

Master's degree in data science, statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, applied mathematics or related quantitative discipline
