Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Full Stack Laravel / VueJS Engineer to join our core development team in Cape Town. You will learn the domain, drive feature development, and mentor junior members while collaborating with support, sales, and management to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.

You will guide architectural decisions, optimize performance, and ensure secure, robust implementations across PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js stacks in a multi-tenant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development using PHP, Laravel and Vue.js.
• Proven track record leading a SaaS team and mentoring juniors.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Part of core development team and learn domain and tech stack.
• Collaborate with support, sales, and management to build features and improve performance.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team through challenges.
• Lead technical decisions and ensure timely delivery of features.
