Description

Our company based in JHB is looking for landscape area managers with relevant experience in the Horticultural Landscape Maintenance field.

Our core business involves maintaining established landscapes for Sectional Title Complexes, HOAs, Security, and Golf Estates around Gauteng.

The ideal candidate must be able to perform their duties effectively under pressure to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Driving to sites to manage staff allocated to landscape maintenance.
2. Inspecting sites to ensure high-quality work by staff.
3. Monitoring cleanliness and project progress at sites.
4. Managing staff timesheets and data entry.
5. Managing a team of gardeners and cleaners.
6. Sourcing, interviewing, and appointing suitable staff.
7. Ensuring quality control and managing KPIs.
8. Reporting daily goals and targets to the Operations Manager.
9. Meeting with clients as needed, including outside business hours.
10. Staff management, procurement, and HR duties.
11. Time and attendance management and quoting on Maintenance Items (MIs).
