To be considered, you will have:

1. A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or higher (or working towards it)
2. Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior, leadership role or management role.
3. Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF, the EYLF, and Child Safe standards.
4. Budget and financial accountability experience.
5. Current Working with Children check (employee card).
6. Ability to work full-time with rotating shifts.

The Centre Guardian Childcare & Education Point Cook South is a newly refurbished, light-filled and homely Childcare Centre with a range of spacious indoor and outdoor areas designed to inspire curiosity and exploration.

Our Point Cook South child care centre boasts three custom-designed yards with vegetable gardens, fruit trees, mud pits, a wooden tepee, natural play structures, and a range of other age-specific play areas.

Our long day care centre in Point Cook is conveniently situated for families living in and near the surrounding suburbs of Hoppers Crossing, Truganina, Werribee, and Seabrook.
