Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, control, and manage project deliverables to meet customer needs from order receipt to final acceptance.
2. Manage efforts of team members and third-party vendors.
3. Oversee the integration or delivery of project deliverables to customers or support enterprise-wide projects.
4. Report directly to the Manager, Project Management, based in Rustenburg, South Africa.

Qualifications

Education: Further education in business administration or operations is advantageous.

Experience:

• 3-5 years' experience in software, process automation, or application engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven project management experience.
• Experience with industry applications, MS Project, and MS Office suite.
• Contract management experience (e.g., NEC / FIDIC) is a plus.

Additional Requirements

Responsible for preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts, and coordinating with other departments to deliver optimal solutions.

Functional and Business Responsibilities

Participate in business planning, manage project execution within margins, and oversee resource and financial aspects. Lead project teams, mentor engineers, and manage subcontracts. Maintain project documentation, ensure quality standards, and meet schedule, margin, and customer satisfaction targets. Manage projects up to 1 million euros and a portfolio of up to 20 projects, including commercial strategy development and partner management.
