Flash Group in the Western Cape is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead planning, execution and delivery of complex software solutions for the business. The role demands 8–10 years of software development experience with strong Java Spring Boot, RESTful services and microservices expertise.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and drive deployments with a focus on performance, security and reliability.

Formación

• A minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Java Spring Boot and J2EE.
• Experience with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational DBMS (e.g., MSSQL/Oracle).

Responsabilidades

• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
• Lead deployments with precision and care, ensuring system reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and support onboarding.
