Senior Java Software Engineer

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead software development efforts, define technical requirements, and manage key projects.

The role involves collaborating with upper management, mentoring team members, and acting as a liaison between clients, teams, and leadership.

What You'll Do :

1. Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions
2. Lead development projects and align them with business objectives
3. Write, test, and debug clean, efficient code
4. Conduct validation and verification testing
5. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
6. Ensure the team operates efficiently and meets strategic goals

Requirements :

• 5–8 years of software development experience
• Expertise in Java, Jakarta EE, and Spring Framework
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant certification preferred
