Job summary

You will design and implement solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring, Apache Camel, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ and ActiveMQ, ensuring stable, scalable, and well-documented software across Linux platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong production-level Java/J2EE and Spring experience.
• Solid SQL skills (writing and optimising queries).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and/or ActiveMQ.
• Apache Camel experience.
• Good understanding of testing, code reviews, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Java-based enterprise applications.
• Work extensively with J2EE and Spring.
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations using Apache Camel.
• Develop and support messaging integrations with RabbitMQ and ActiveMQ.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for performance and reliability.
• Work in Linux environments and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure applications remain stable, scalable, and maintainable.
• Document changes, configuration, and handover notes so others can support the work.
