Duties & Responsibilities

1. Designs and implements applications and application changes to improve performance and stability.
2. Evaluates new technologies for suitability and cost implications.
3. Designs, manages, and maintains various environments for applications and system integrations.
4. Ensures adherence to quality assurance steps for application changes and deployments.
5. Follows SDLC and takes responsibility for deploying application changes to operations.
6. Liaises with various teams to ensure proper handover procedures to operations.
7. Maintains architectural standards for applications and systems.
8. Adheres to release management procedures.
9. Plans capacity for applications by coordinating with infrastructure teams to allocate resources.
10. Handles system configuration changes without disrupting operations.
11. Conducts application testing, test planning, reporting, and analysis.
12. Provides detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and user guides for all applications and architectures.
13. Offers troubleshooting and how-to guides for all applications.

Education & Experience

Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., BEng in Computer Engineering, BSc in Computer Science, or IT) is preferred.
