What to expect

What to expect: You work in consulting and software development projects for well-known large German customers such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn and ZDF. You design, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g., LLMs, agent-based frameworks, code generation, and test automation). You use well-known technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Spring, Kotlin, Maven, Gradle, JUnit, etc. You build enterprise Java applications using agentic methods You develop environments for projects: rule files, context documentation, MCP server configurations, and scaffolding that optimises AI collaboration You review and validate AI-generated code with a critical eye-understanding failure modes, common hallucinations, and quality indicators You take on the technical leadership of a project team and share your knowledge through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing when needed.
