Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst (ITSM specialism) to gather, translate, and manage business requirements across the full delivery lifecycle. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery, ensuring alignment to the product roadmap and ITIL practices.

You will work hybrid, collaborating with Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and the development team to refine the ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SAM roadmap and document processes for Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset workflows.

Qualifications

Proven BA experience in enterprise IT or digital transformation.
Experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
Translate requirements into development-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
Own and maintain the requirements backlog and prioritise stories for sprint intake.
Support Sprint Intake Review with detailed stories and clear acceptance criteria.
Coordinate and participate in functional testing and UAT, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Act as liaison between business and QA to ensure traceability of requirements.
Identify and document scope changes, risks, and dependencies with escalation when needed.
Contribute to Release Readout sessions and post-delivery feedback loops.
Maintain clear requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
