JOB DESCRIPTION

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Technical skills and initiative in project management and product development.
• Experience with Server OS and related services (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy).
• Infrastructure knowledge (server hardware, virtualization technologies).
• Backup and recovery solutions, disaster recovery planning.
• IT security (firewalls, EDR, security policies).
• Networking skills, TCP/IP to Layer 3, design, and implementation.
• Experience managing and contributing to projects.
• Knowledge of hosted PABX systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work after hours and travel to clients when required.
• Flexibility to work remotely or in an office environment.
