Job Title: Senior IT Server Administrator - Centurion

Purpose of Position: To ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions.

This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. This role will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.

Requirements:

• A three-year Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an Advanced Technology-related degree.
• Industry-recognized certifications in Infrastructure Management, IT Security, and IT Service Management.

Required Experience:

• 10 - 12 years of related experience in Information Technology.
• Strong communication skills in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Research skills for systems issues and products.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Prioritization and execution skills in high-pressure environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with software and hardware.
