• MCSA or CCNA
• CCNP or Juniper Network certifications
• ITIL Certified
• Zabbix Certified

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years experience in IT support, network administration, and systems troubleshooting
• 2nd line IT support experience
• Network optimization experience
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management
