Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, Cloud Admin, Networking or Infra Operations.
Experience in hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments with service providers.

Responsibilities

Administer and improve infrastructure and platform services across on‑premise and cloud environments.
Support server, storage, virtualization, backup, and recovery platforms for stability and availability.
Manage network infrastructure including LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN services.
Maintain Microsoft 365, Cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Develop infrastructure standards, procedures, and technical documentation.
Coordinate incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Lead backup, disaster recovery, and resilience testing activities.
Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and risks; liaise with providers and vendors.
Contribute to projects and migrations; provide guidance to IT colleagues and service providers.
Support compliance, audit and business continuity requirements.
