What Will You Do?
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, leading, and managing DISA projects and/or programmes throughout the Decision Inc. Project Lifecycle, from Initiation to Sign-off.
- Ensure the successful outcome of assigned projects/programmes, acting as the key driver that holds the engagement together.
- Lead projects as if they were your own business, focusing on Client satisfaction, achieving DI and Client project objectives, targeted GP margin, and maintaining a positive environment for the project team.
- Build and maintain strong, value-adding Client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes, navigating project complexities while meeting DI objectives.
- Develop and sustain relationships with DISA internal stakeholders (PMO, BUs, Finance, IT, HR) to support project success.
- Manage and communicate project status internally and with the Client, including progress, scope, budget, quality, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and change control.
- Adhere to best-practice PMO methodologies and DISA-specific project rulebooks in project setup, execution, and completion, aligned with Decision Inc. PMO standards and stakeholder needs.
- Manage multiple projects/programmes simultaneously within the maximum possible allocation.
- Maintain DISA PMO governance practices, including project initiation, setup, and documentation, in line with standards and stakeholder requirements.
- Create and update detailed project plans, including resource allocation, dependencies, budget, and baselines, using Microsoft Project and Projects on Line.
- Develop, sign off, and adhere to the Project Charter.
- Coordinate project delivery within budget, scope, and quality parameters.
- Manage project documentation, including artefacts, change control, quality assurance, testing, training, deployment, and support phases.
- Lead the project team to ensure delivery according to the project Charter and plan, escalating risks and issues as needed.
- Oversee project budgets, billing, cash flow, and invoicing processes.
- Prepare collateral and facilitate project meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Support DISA PMO initiatives to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Who Do You Need to Be?
- Over 10 years of experience leading medium to large-scale IT implementation and digital transformation projects.
- Strong experience in financial planning and analytics IT projects (SAP / SAC / Data on SAP landscape) is highly desirable.
- Proven success in delivering projects as Lead/E2E accountable through full project lifecycle.
- Extensive project and programme management experience, including managing client relationships, scope, schedule, quality, and financials.
- Strong commercial, technical, and governance skills.
- Experience communicating with C-suite stakeholders.
- High adaptability and problem-solving skills, with consulting acumen.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project Plan and Projects on Line.
- Preferred industry exposure: Professional Services, Consulting, Retail, Banking, FMCG, Mining.
