Job description

As a Senior Invoicing Administrator, will play a key leadership role in managing the invoicing and billing operations of the organization. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all invoicing processes, while also supporting the finance team with reporting, process improvements, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume invoicing activities in line with contract terms and deadlines
  • Ensure invoices has accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies
  • Resolve complex invoicing queries and discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and clients
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of billing standards and procedures
  • Generate and analyse billing reports to support month-end closing and audits
  • Maintain an organized record-keeping system for audit and regulatory purposes
  • Liaise with external clients and internal departments to ensure timely billing and payment
  • Identify opportunities for automation or process improvements to streamline invoicing operations

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of invoicing, billing, or financial administration experience, ideally in a senior or supervisory role
  • Advanced Accpac Experience (non-negotiable)
  • Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work in a team and have good people skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure
