Job description

The world is changing, and so is the way we invest in it.

We are looking for a Senior Investment Manager who sees beyond the numbers—someone who understands that capital is not just financial; it is transformational.

This is an opportunity to contribute to building a resilient green hydrogen economy in Africa and accelerating the continent’s transition to a clean energy future. The role has a dual reporting line: to the Regional Head of Africa for all investment-related activities, and to the CEO for matters related to stakeholder engagement, third-party fundraising, risk and compliance, and business development.

You will navigate the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and climate impact, structuring deals that do not just generate returns but also reshape economies and ecosystems. We need an expert in investment strategy, risk management, and deal structuring to turn bold ideas into bankable projects.

You will implement investment and fundraising strategies, conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities. You must have 10+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or infrastructure investment, a CFA, CA,or MBA. You must have a proven ability to work across technical/financial and legal aspects of transactions.

If you have experience working in Africa or other emerging markets, you just scored bonus points. Apply today!
