Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong design sensibility and a desire to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of interior design concepts for luxury projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior designers in the development of design concepts, presentations, and project materials.
2. Conduct research and gather inspiration for design projects.
3. Create 2D and 3D designs, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings.
4. Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and specifications.
5. Support in sourcing finishes, materials, furniture, and accessories for high-end interiors.
6. Assist with the preparation of design presentations, reports, and other project documentation.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (architecture and construction) to ensure design intent is carried through.
8. Assess the client's project requirements.
9. Develop clear and accurate briefs that fully express the client's needs.
10. Expand and develop designs to align with the client's brief, budget, and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field.
2. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
3. Familiarity with 3D rendering software (Lumion) is a plus.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. A valid driver's license.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
