Role Overview

We are seeking a highly talented Senior Interior Designer & Architect with a passion for restaurant and hospitality spaces. This hybrid role demands a professional who can seamlessly blend aesthetic vision with architectural precision, creating outstanding guest experiences through both conceptual design and functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design and Concept Development

  1. Develop unique restaurant, bar, and lounge concepts aligned with client visions and Food Concepts 360's signature brand ethos.
  2. Produce full concept narratives, mood boards, material palettes, and design storytelling.
  3. Lead space planning exercises and conceptual layouts for dining venues, considering guest flow and operational requirements.

Architectural Planning and Documentation

  1. Create architectural drawings, from schematic design through to detailed construction documentation.
  2. Coordinate structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and kitchen design integration.
  3. Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and accessibility guidelines.

Client and Consultant Collaboration

  1. Liaise directly with clients, operators, and specialist consultants (lighting, kitchen, acoustic) throughout the design development process.
  2. Prepare and deliver client presentations with confidence and polish.

Project Leadership

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
  2. Oversee design timelines and milestones to ensure deliverables meet project deadlines.
  3. Provide on-site support during construction phases where necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
  2. Minimum of 8+ years experience, ideally with luxury hospitality and F&B projects.
  3. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design flair, and technical proficiency.
  4. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Enscape (or similar visualisation software).
  5. Deep understanding of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification.
  6. Experience working closely with kitchen planners, lighting designers, and brand strategists.
  7. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
