Publicis Groupe Africa is seeking a Senior Integrated Agency Producer to translate creative ambition into practical production solutions across film, content, social and digital formats in Johannesburg.

You'll lead complex campaigns end-to-end, from scoping through production and delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and applying AI-enabled techniques to improve speed, quality and scale while protecting client interests.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of production experience across film and integrated campaigns.
• Proven ownership of complex, concurrent productions with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, rights-management knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft systems.
• Demonstrated use of AI-enabled production methods with measurable benefits.
