About the Role

Location: Midrand, South Africa

Working with our client, the Senior Integrated Designer manages digital, print, and social content projects from brief to completion. This role involves generating new ideas, working closely with clients' brand guidelines, and creating impactful communications across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage projects from start to finish, collaborating across teams on ideation, asset creation, and implementation.
2. Develop design concepts with clear rationale to influence clients and pitch new creative ideas.
3. Innovate within brand guidelines, exploring marketing and production opportunities.
4. Create inspiring content, repurpose assets, and handle retouching, layout, and illustration.
5. Lead creative development and uphold brand standards.
6. Deeply understand brands, categories, and audiences to produce consumer-first assets.
7. Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate latest branding and marketing developments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for design, social media, and digital innovations.
• Strong art direction, concepting, and creative flair across platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), After Effects, and Premiere.
• Storyboarding, typography, layout, and technical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with online banners, social media posts, print, and eCommerce assets.
• Understanding of responsive digital design and latest social media trends.
• Ability to prepare files for print and web, with pre-production checks.
• Fast-paced, proactive, and collaborative work style.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or Healthcare sectors.
