Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk analysis or management, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in risk management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CRISC, FRM) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management strategies and policies.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments, including financial, operational, and strategic risks.
• Analyze risk data and identify key risk indicators (KRIs) and key control indicators (KCIs).
