About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Insurance Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative insurance products from their offices in Sandton . This leadership role is critical for defining product strategy, roadmaps, and features that meet market needs and drive business growth in the competitive insurance landscape of Gauteng and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, actuarial, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. This hybrid role allows for a strategic balance between in-office collaboration and focused independent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for assigned insurance product lines.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify new product opportunities.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with actuarial and underwriting teams to ensure product profitability and risk alignment.
