Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative Insurance Product Manager to lead product development and strategy for operations in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring profitability and market fit.

You will collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and marketing teams, conduct market research, define pricing strategies, and drive successful launches in a high-impact role within a forward-thinking insurer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred for seniority.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Strong understanding of insurance markets, products and customer behavior.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for new and existing insurance products.
