Key Responsibilities :
Dicta typing and CMS management for accurate case documentation
Diary management, deadline tracking, and counsel liaison
Handling insurance liability and regulatory documentation
Requirements :
Matric (Grade 12) and relevant secretarial qualification preferred
5–10 years of legal secretarial experience in litigation / insurance
