Position Description :

Key Performance Areas :
- Collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify business problems and obtain course content.
- Contribute to or lead design, brainstorming, and idea generation sessions to craft appropriate learning solutions.
- Effectively collaborate with other roles in the DLC, Talent department, and business stakeholders, negotiating timelines whenever necessary.
- Brief in project requirements to the DLC pipeline.
- Coordinate workflow internally from design and development through to publishing, ensuring all SLAs are met.
- Ensure curricula or programs for digital learning are aligned with the 5Di principle and ADDIE model.
- Apply tested digital instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
- Remain updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and web development.
- Perform internal quality assurance and support peer review processes.
- Coach and/or mentor colleagues within your domain when required.
- Provide input into internal processes and digital methodologies to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain project documentation, course folders, and workflow using relevant internal tools.
Qualifications and Experience :
- A qualification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, UX, ETDP, Technology, Learning Design QA, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of proven working experience in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a digital learning environment.
- Project management experience.
- Skills in digital lesson and curriculum planning.
- Ability to coordinate projects and project teams.
- Ability to create high-quality digital or blended learning course frameworks and storyboards.
- Capability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and focus on continuous improvement.
- A passion for storytelling.
- A passion for process and standards, emphasizing continuous improvement.
