RESRG Automotive is seeking an experienced operator to fit and set up tools in Injection Moulding machines and start production following A-Inst guidelines. You will ensure first-off conformity, record results in QMM, and hand over the equipment to production once accepted.

The role requires upkeep of safety devices, PPE compliance, and basic maintenance of IM equipment. You'll work in a hands-on environment with emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices, with opportunities to perform

Formación

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• English literacy is required.
• 5 years experience in Injection Moulding.
• Tool maker qualification or similar technical.

Responsabilidades

• Fitting and setting up of tools in Injection Moulding (IM) Machines.
• Start production according to A-Inst.
• Produce first-off (better or the same as limit sample), results recorded on QMM.
• Once first-off is accepted, handover injection moulding machine to production.
• Ensure Injection Moulding Machines run to STAKA at handover.
• Performing checks and maintenance on all End of Arm tools.
• Conduct checks on safety devices and limits of EAT to ensure all is in good working order.
• Conduct checks on the overhead cranes and lifting equipment
• Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to, including wearing of required PPE.
• Housekeeping, 5S ,
• Assist with minor repairs to IM machines, Auxillary equipment and End Of Arm Tooling (EAT).
