Job summary

West Coast Personnel, based in Bellville near Cape Town, seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to lead strategic consulting engagements in the mining, manufacturing or asset-intensive sectors. You will analyse complex operational and supply chain challenges, develop actionable solutions and manage multi-stakeholder projects.

The role demands 8+ years in consulting and business development, strong client relationships, and the ability to drive revenue growth while mentoring teams and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business Management.
• Minimum 8 years’ professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in consulting, project leadership and/or business development.
• Strong exposure to MRO, spare parts, inventory, supply chain or industrial operations.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Strong client relationship management and business-development experience.
• Demonstrated contribution to new business, account growth or revenue generation.
• Experience managing teams, resources and/or direct reports.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Cape Town based or able to work permanently from Bellville.
