With an expectation of 99.9% system uptime, you will be responsible for supporting and developing integrated solutions across access control, video surveillance, and workforce management systems — often in high-pressure, 24/7 operational environments.

Responsibilities
  1. Core System Support & Administration
    • Maintain and optimise the following systems:
    • Honeywell Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI)
    • Honeywell Temaline Access Control
    • Honeywell Digital Video Manager (DVM)
    • RightCrowd Workforce Management
    • Ensure all systems operate within required SLAs, with emphasis on 99.9% uptime.
  2. Database & Data Analytics
    • Administer, troubleshoot, and optimise Microsoft SQL Server databases (DBA-level expertise preferred).
    • Use Microsoft Power BI to develop dashboards, reports, and alerts for system monitoring and analytics.
    • Implement and maintain Redgate Database DevOps practices for version control, change tracking, and automation.
  3. Infrastructure, Backup & Cloud
    • Manage and secure backup environments using Acronis Backup Solutions.
    • Work within Microsoft Azure for hybrid cloud deployments, data storage, and automation.
    • Monitor and support networking infrastructure related to physical security systems.
  4. Operational Support & Incident Response
    • Provide after-hours and standby support as part of a rotation.
    • Quickly diagnose and resolve critical issues affecting system availability.
    • Conduct thorough investigations into security-related incidents, system faults, or access anomalies.
  5. System Improvements & Documentation
    • Continuously assess system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
    • Maintain clear documentation for configuration, change management, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience supporting and administering:
    • Honeywell EBI, Temaline, DVM
    • RightCrowd Workforce Management
    • Near-DBA-level proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (minimum 5 years experience)
  • Solid understanding of Power BI, Azure, networking, and Acronis
  • Familiarity with Redgate DevOps tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, urgency in fault response, and ability to work independently under pressure.
Advantages
  • Experience with Honeywell Fire & Gas Detection systems
  • Familiarity with Honeywell HVAC/BMS environments
  • Prior work in industrial, mining, or high-security environments
Other Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites
  • Availability for after-hours and weekend support (standby rotation)
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Physical ability to perform inspections and field interventions
  • No criminal record; subject to background check and security vetting
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary, standby allowance, and bonuses
  • Work on cutting-edge security infrastructure
  • Ongoing training and certifications
  • Inclusive, strong team culture
  • Benefits including medical, pension, and paid time off
