The role requires 8+ years in production management, a strong background in industrial engineering, and proven ability to deliver cost savings and safety excellence in a high‑volume plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. AMaster's degree is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in production management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial production operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all daily production operations to ensure output targets are met efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement production strategies and plans aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee the effective utilization of plant machinery, equipment, and labor resources.
• Monitor production processes and implement measures to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage the production budget, controlling costs and identifying areas for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facilities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles to optimize production processes.
