Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years installing and commissioning complex manufacturing equipment.
• Experience leading installation projects and supervising juniors.
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and schematics.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation, assembly and commissioning of complex equipment at client sites.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints and manuals to guide installation.
• Ensure precise alignment, calibration and integration of machinery.
• Coordinate junior technicians and other trades involved in installation projects.
• Conduct thorough testing and functional checks of installed equipment to verify performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or control system issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and site regulations.
• Maintain records of installation progress, materials used, and deviations from the plan.
• Provide technical guidance during handover and initial operation.
