Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive industrial engineering experience in a demanding manufacturing environment (aerospace/auto preferred).
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma; Black Belt preferred.
• Proven track record leading and delivering major process improvements.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with simulation software (Arena, FlexSim) and CAD tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and implementation of lean manufacturing strategies on the production floor.

This critical role will focus on driving manufacturing excellence through the implementation of lean principles, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to lead complex projects that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to identify and implement best practices, ensuring the highest standards are maintained in our client's sophisticated manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of lean manufacturing strategies across the production floor.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and design/implement solutions to improve efficiency and throughput.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering within a demanding manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or automotive.
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing significant process improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) and CAD tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams at all levels.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools.
