The Senior Industrial Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing logistics solutions, managing internal & external stakeholder expectations throughout the solution design and implementation phases. The role supports company objectives, driving value-adding and robust solutions, with a focus on:
- Identifying and analysing value-adding solutions for customers
- Supporting company objectives of change management across multiple streams
- Scoping, analysing, and implementing strategic business objectives and projects
- Supporting Lean Six Sigma goals by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with operations teams and senior management for successful project implementation
- Optimizing warehouse and transport planning
Basic Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification(s): B-Eng/BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Computer Literacy Level:
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook: Advanced
- Additional Computer Skills (beneficial):
- Microsoft Access, SQL, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Power Apps, ERP Systems, TMS (Transport Management Systems), PYTHON
Other Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics & supply chain management experience or related industry experience

- Business Analysis Skills & Experience
- Lean Six Sigma direct experience (5 years)
- Development of BRS & SRS
