Job summary

Zutari is seeking a Senior Control Systems Integrator to lead design, development, and execution of major automation projects in South Africa. The role requires a highly experienced engineering leader with expertise across PLC, SCADA, HMI, and MES platforms, and a track record of delivering large-scale automation solutions.

You will head system architecture, integration across multiple vendors, and end-to-end commissioning, with emphasis on standards, security, and project delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hands-on automation experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale automation and control system projects.
• Strong leadership and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and govern technical standards for PLC, SCADA, MES architectures.
• Lead full software and control system lifecycle from concept to commissioning.
• Manage control system project delivery: scope, schedule, cost, risk; coordinate teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and integrators.
