The role requires a high level of technical skill, independent problem solving, and the ability to work well with site managers and clients to meet service requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in industrial cleaning or related field.
• Proficiency with industrial cleaning equipment and tools.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals and safety.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read technical manuals and SDS.
• Excellent physical condition for demanding tasks.
• Strong problem solving and independent work ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport to sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced industrial cleaning tasks including degreasing and sanitization.
• Operate and maintain pressure washers, vacuums, and applicators.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and dispose per regulations.
• Follow detailed work plans to ensure high quality results.
• Conduct safety checks and report equipment issues.
• Adhere to site safety protocols and policies.
• Provide guidance to junior staff as needed.
• Maintain records of activities, materials, and safety compliance.
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations when required.
• Collaborate with site managers to meet service requirements.
