About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced monday.com Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to understand how they work, and design custom monday.com workflows that help them work better. If you enjoy solving problems, building efficient systems, and helping people get the most out of their tools — this might be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing :

Client Engagement

• Work with clients to understand their goals, needs and ways of working
• Translate those into practical monday.com workflows and solutions

Solution Design

• Design and configure boards, automations, dashboards, and integrations
• Build custom workflows and reporting dashboards
• Recommend best practices and share tips for monday.com success

Implementation and Training

• Support clients through setup, onboarding, and training
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during implementation

Documentation

• Keep clear, detailed documentation of configurations and custom setups

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with new monday.com features and updates
• Look for opportunities to improve the way we deliver value to clients

Applicant Criteria:

• Matric
• A diploma, degree or certificate in project management, digital transformation, IT, or a related field would be advantageous
• Proven experience implementing monday.com solutions for clients
• Strong understanding of project management and CRM principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with other project or collaboration tools is a plus
