Senior Implementation Consultant

Independently sets up and installs technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Senior member within team supporting clients with managing initial access, mapping and transferring data, creating process documentation, and training or coordinating training for client users. Troubleshoots client issues as they arise.

Essential Functions:

1. Demonstrates advanced understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools used to configure and extend nCino.
2. Articulates a proposed solution for or against customization.
3. Configures product features in the context of the end-user and relative level of effort (LOE).
4. Understands and articulates challenges inherent in environment strategy and promotion.
5. Recommends optimal extensions around or to the nCino data model to the team.
6. Demonstrates adept troubleshooting ability using a combination of configuration review, debug logs, and Chrome tools.
7. Proposes solutions using Salesforce and nCino UX, and Security mechanisms to achieve requirements.
8. Conducts nCino feature quality control and testing.
9. Proficiently uses complementary Salesforce tools.
10. Exhibits competent understanding of common integrations.
11. Displays understanding and use of DevOps.
12. Promotes cross-team collaboration focused on delivering product configuration for the end-user.
13. Encourages continuous learning and is able to define a personalized continuous learning path that assists with career growth.

Requirements:

1. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience/proficiency with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s/Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience (as applicable).
2. 4+ years Salesforce.com architecture experience.
3. Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications.
4. Experience with the analysis, definition, and implementation of Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture-based solutions.
5. Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods.
6. Passion to deliver high-quality solutions to banking customers with an all-in commitment to what we do.

Desired:

1. Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX.
2. Experience with Smartsheet, Jira.
3. Experience with Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, Enterprise Architecture framework.
4. Position may require some travel.
