Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the supply chain systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations for enhanced supply chain management.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of supply chain systems and software
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimise system functionality and usability
  • Monitor data integration and accuracy within supply chain systems
  • Advise with technical support and training to users of supply chain systems
  • Work with IT teams to ensure supply chain system performance and scalability
  • Continuously improve supply chain systems based on user feedback and business requirements
  • Stay updated with supply chain technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors degree/Diploma or equivalent) in relevant IM Discipline
  • It would be advantageous to have a postgraduate qualification in the related IM discipline OR a proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity.

Certifications

  • Valid EB/Code 08 driver’s licence
  • Registration with professional bodies (Desirable)

Experience

  • 5 – 7 years working experience in a similar role

Technical Knowledge

  • Experience and knowledge of SAP
  • Proven project management and coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in using and configuring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for supply chain functions.
  • Knowledge of SaaS supply chain Landscape (types of solution and leading software products)
  • Knowledge of SAP Materials Management, Extended Warehouse Management and Sales and Distribution
  • Advanced ability to use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar to create insightful dashboards and reports
  • Advanced skills to design and implement automated workflows to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Proficient understanding on how to use cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable data storage, processing, and analytics
  • Experience in managing technology projects related to ERP system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations
  • Proficient understanding of data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing data, including experience with data warehousing, data modelling, data visualization tools, and database management systems
