Job summary

HENSOLDT South Africa is seeking an experienced ILS Engineer to lead integrated logistics strategies across programs, boosting availability, reliability and supportability from design to obsolescence. Collaborate with engineering, projects and customers to deliver lifecycle solutions that meet quality, cost and schedule goals.

The role requires a BEng/BSc in Electronic Engineering, 5+ years in ILS or related fields, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum BEng/BSc in Electronic Engineering or a similar university qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Reliability Engineering, Product Support, or Lifecycle Support environment.
• Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated logistics support strategies, maintenance frameworks, and lifecycle solutions across customer programmes to optimise system availability, supportability, and long-term operational performance, resulting in successful project delivery within quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
