Job summary

Gijima Holdings is seeking an experienced ICT trainer/consultant to lead executive enablement and advanced Copilot training across Microsoft 365. You will tailor coaching for C-suite audiences, drive enterprise-scale prompt engineering, and oversee the end-to-end creation of Copilot agents.

The role demands strategic leadership and hands-on delivery across Gauteng. You will coach on Excel analytics, dynamic modeling, dashboards, and cross-application workflows, enabling faster decision-making

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification: relevant IT, CS, or information systems degree/diploma (preferred).
• Microsoft Certifications: MCT or equivalent Train-the-Trainer; relevant M365 or Power Platform certs (e.g., Copilot).
• Assessor Status: Registered Assessor with MICT SETA (advantageous).
• Experience: 5+ years in technical ICT training, enterprise coaching, or IT consultation, with executive/C-suite audiences.
• Mobility: Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle for onsite client delivery across Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Executive & VIP Enablement: conduct targeted 1-on-1 coaching and small-group sessions for executives and VIPs; tailor modules to leadership roles and priorities; guide on leveraging AI for productivity and high-level meeting prep.
• Advanced Copilot Capabilities & Prompt Engineering: hands-on training in prompt engineering, structuring context-aware prompts, enabling enterprise-wide Copilot use in Microsoft 365 for decision-making and reporting.
• Agent Creation & Customization: guide end-to-end lifecycle of Copilot agents via Copilot Studio/M365 builders; discuss design principles, data grounding, MCP, governance.
• Advanced Excel & Business Analytics: data manipulation, modeling, dynamic formulas, pivots, forecasting, scenario planning; automate reports and dashboards.
• Microsoft 365 Advanced Productivity Scenarios: Outlook thread summarization, Teams recap, action items, document transformation, cross-application workflows.
• Work IQ Intelligence Layer: demonstrate Work IQ, trends in collaboration and focus time; train leaders to use contextual reasoning and memory to improve outcomes.

Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities

2.1 Executive & VIP Enablement

• Conduct targeted 1-on-1 coaching and small-group sessions tailored specifically for executive and VIP cohorts.
• Customize training modules and demonstrations to align with individual leadership roles, business domains, and strategic priorities.
• Provide clear guidance on leveraging AI for executive productivity, strategic planning, high-level meeting preparation, and knowledge discovery.

2.2 Advanced Microsoft Copilot Capabilities & Prompt Engineering

• Facilitate hands-on training in advanced prompt engineering techniques, structural patterns, and best practices.
• Educate users on structuring context-aware, multi-step prompts to produce precise, high-value business outputs.
• Demonstrate enterprise-wide application of Copilot across Microsoft 365 to streamline decision-making, executive reporting, and content creation.

2.3 Agent Creation & Customization

• Guide users through the end-to-end lifecycle of building, testing, publishing, and maintaining custom Copilot agents (via Copilot Studio / M365 agent builders).
• Explain foundational agent design principles, dynamic data grounding, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and enterprise governance considerations.
• Showcase practical business scenarios for automating complex, repetitive processes and connecting agents securely to internal knowledge bases.

2.4 Advanced Excel & Business Analytics

• Demonstrate natural-language data manipulation, advanced modeling, dynamic formulas, pivot tables, and complex calculations using Copilot in Excel.
• Coach users on executing trend analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, dynamic scenario planning, and quantitative business modeling.
• Show automated report creation and executive dashboard generation to accelerate financial and operational analytics workflows.

2.5 Microsoft 365 Advanced Productivity Scenarios

• Outlook: Perform complex thread summarization, priority drafting, action extraction, and decision tracking.
• Teams: Demonstrate pre-meeting preparation, automated real-time recap generation, intelligent action item assignment, and decision logging.
• Word & PowerPoint: Lead sessions on document transformation, executive summarization, dynamic presentation creation, and visual storytelling.
• Cross-Application Workflows: Train users to run integrated workflows that synthesize data across multiple Microsoft 365 services seamlessly.

2.6 Microsoft Work IQ Intelligence Layer

• Provide deep-dive demonstrations of Microsoft Work IQ, explaining how the platform unifies organizational signals across data, memory, and inference layers.
• Illustrate how Work IQ identifies organizational collaboration trends, communication patterns, meeting effectiveness, and focus time distribution.
• Train leaders to utilize Work IQ contextual reasoning and persistent memory to optimize employee experience, decision velocity, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Tertiary Qualification: Relevant IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems Tertiary Degree / Diploma (preferred).
• Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or equivalent Train-the-Trainer qualification (strongly preferred). Relevant Microsoft 365 or Power Platform certifications (e.g., M365 Certified, Power Platform Developer/App Maker, or Copilot specialty certifications).
• Assessor Status: Registered Assessor with MICT SETA (advantageous).
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical ICT training, enterprise solution coaching, or IT consultation, with proven experience delivering to executive/C-suite audiences.
• Mobility & Transport: Valid Driver’s License and reliable own vehicle (prerequisite for onsite client delivery across Gauteng).
