Placements24 is seeking a Senior Hygiene Specialist to enhance sanitation protocols in Randburg. This hybrid role combines on-site assessments with remote strategy development to ensure optimal hygiene standards across client facilities.

You will identify hygiene risks, develop corrective action plans, oversee implementation of best practices, and provide guidance to cleaning teams and facility management. Strong background in infection control and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Microbiology, or Public Health.
• Minimum of 4 years of hygiene management or infection control experience.
• Knowledge of hygiene principles, food safety standards, and infection control.
• Experience auditing and developing SOPs for cleaning and sanitation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and on-site in Randburg.

Responsabilités

• Conduct hygiene audits of client facilities.
• Develop and implement hygiene improvement plans and SOPs.
• Provide guidance and training to on-site cleaning teams.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Prepare reports for management on findings and recommendations.
