Senior Hydraulic Technician

WorkPac are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Hydraulic Technician to join our team. As a Senior Hydraulic Technician, you will play a crucial role in servicing, maintaining, and installing hydraulic and mechanical equipment across various sites.

This role is a Permanent Position, $44 per hour, plus penalties after 7.6 hours, different rates for remote work, Monday to Friday work with plenty of overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service and maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical equipment
2. Installation and commissioning of hydraulic equipment and systems
3. Manufacture of oil and water glycol systems
4. Pressure testing of equipment

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Willingness to learn hydraulic principles, valving, accumulators, pumps, actuators, hose, and fittings
2. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings
3. Experience with troubleshooting hydraulic systems
4. Tubing experience
5. Working at Heights certification
6. Confined Space certification
