A leading HR consultancy firm is seeking a Project Manager / Lead for a 36-month consultancy project focused on aligning business and people strategies. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive HR services including strategy management, people development, and service enhancement, drawing on extensive experience in HR governance and strategic management.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in Strategic HR Management, Governance, and Risk.
  • Experience with Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Workforce Planning is essential.
  • Registered with the Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations (APSO).

Responsibilities

  • Providing HR consultancy services covering strategic HR management and governance.
  • Managing people processes including learning, development, and performance management.

Requirements
