We’re looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources function in a dynamic call centre operation. This role is key to enabling our business to attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting a culture of performance and compliance.

Your Impact

  • Lead a high-performing HR team supporting call centre operations
  • Drive end-to-end HR strategy aligned to business and operational KPIs
  • Ensure legal compliance across LRA, EEA, BBBEE, SDA, and NQF
  • Manage ER/IR matters with confidence and fairness
  • Lead volume hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with operations leaders to drive people performance
  • Oversee succession planning, talent development, and workforce readiness
  • Use HR metrics and systems to inform decisions and improve effectiveness
