The Senior Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Human Resources Administrators. They coordinate HR functions to ensure all team members work effectively and deliver tasks on time.

HR Administration

This role provides advice, assistance, and follow-up on queries related to company policies, procedures, and HR documentation. The Senior Human Resources Administrator is expected to recommend, develop, and maintain human resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.

Recruitment and Selection

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner manages and coordinates the full recruitment process, including application review, interviewing, and onboarding.

Performance Consulting

They perform first-line performance consulting when required and respond to employee and line management inquiries appropriately.
