What You'll Do

  1. Connect & Solve: Serve as the go-to expert for our customers via phone, email, and chat—answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and delivering tailored solutions.
  2. Escalate & Follow Up: Tackle complex challenges by collaborating with our internal teams to ensure every issue is resolved.
  3. Document: Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
  4. Improve Processes: Identify trends, suggest smart process improvements, and help streamline operations.
  5. Team Up: Engage in training sessions and team meetings to keep your skills sharp and stay updated on our latest tools and strategies.

Who You Are

  1. Experience: You have at least 6 months of customer service, support, or solution-focused role experience.
  2. Education: While a degree is beneficial, it's your drive, skills, and willingness to learn that truly count.
  3. Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using tools like MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  4. Excellent Communicator: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.
  5. Detail-Oriented: You're organized and proactive, always anticipating customer needs.
  6. Performance-Driven: Meeting and exceeding KPIs is how you roll.

Important: All candidates must be comfortable and available to work US shift hours.
