TydeCo is seeking a dynamic Senior HRP Consultant to guide clients through complex payroll and HR projects across multi‑regional environments. This role emphasizes strategic advisory, hands‑on implementation, and client collaboration with Sage 300 People.

A majority of the work is billable client engagements, reporting to the Team Manager, with remote options within South Africa and travel to Cape Town as required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 5+ years of payroll/HR consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sage 300 People and payroll compliance.
• Experience with multi-regional projects and remote collaboration.

Mansioni

• Provide client-facing HRP consulting across Sage 300 People modules.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-regional delivery.
• Ensure payroll compliance, process optimization, and data integrity.
• Coordinate projects, timelines, and client communications to meet scope.
• Support business development and identify opportunities for expansion.
