Boardroom Appointments is seeking a senior professional to lead the enterprise asset portfolio and governance across SAP and non-SAP HR technologies. This role drives strategy, investment, and sustainable IT operations aligned with pan-African and offshore entities.

The incumbent will shape long-term technology needs, manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and ensure value realization, risk management, and data integrity across the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• 6-7 years managing multidisciplinary virtual teams.
• Experience leading enterprise IT/portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for aligning asset strategy with business strategy and enterprise aspirations.
• Lead the asset portfolio governance through POCLAC and ensure optimal value realization.
• Drive technology needs and innovations to support enterprise goals (security, infrastructure).
• Oversee risk, compliance, and data integrity across asset lifecycle.
