  • Support managers in embedding the performance management framework, providing coaching on objective setting, feedback, and talent reviews.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps and enable career development pathways.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.
  • HR Operations & Data
  • Manage HR processes and records in line with global standards and local requirements.
  • Leverage HR systems and data analytics to provide insight and inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to regional HR reporting and dashboards.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge, ideally gained in a multinational or international environment.
  • Deep understanding of South African labour legislation and its practical application in a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition (direct sourcing, employer branding, recruitment strategy).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees across multiple geographies.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and present insights.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation projects.
  • High cultural awareness, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a matrixed global organisation.
