We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior HR & Talent Business Partner for South Africa. You will play an important role in driving change within our business, joining a department that is continually on a journey of change. This role supports an international business unit within a fast-growing, global organisation, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, delivering strategic and operational people solutions that enable business performance, drive cultural alignment, and support talent growth across the region.
This role combines generalist HR expertise with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to ensure the business unit attracts, develops, and retains exceptional people. The HRBP will partner with global and regional People & Talent teams to embed best-practice HR processes, ensure compliance with South African labour legislation, and contribute to the delivery of international people strategies adapted to local needs.
